Terry Boboige
President
Since the creation of Perry Johnson Registrars Food Safety, Inc. in 2012, Terry Boboige has been considered an industry leader in the food safety arena. He has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of PJRFSI’s scope of accreditation and certification, with thousands of client sites from all facets of the food industry around the globe. Before helping to build PJRFSI, Mr. Boboige started his nearly 30-year career in quality management with a Fortune 500 company – working his way up through the company ladder gave him an appreciation for investing in the best possible human resources, something reflected today in the quality of PJRFSI staff. Mr. Boboige looks to the future not only with certification and quality in mind, but education as well, advocating for the expansion of resources offered by the company for both current and prospective clients.
Lauren Maloney
Food Safety Program Accreditation Manager
With over 12 years of experience in the field of sustainable agriculture and food production, Lauren’s background in both production and management are of great benefit to her role as Food Safety Program Accreditation Manager. She manages the GFSI benchmarked schemes: SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and GLOBALG.A.P., as well as the compliance programs requirements and accreditation. She also has 8 years of auditing experience with PJRFSI in QMS, GLOBALGAP, HACCP/GMP and Cannabis/Hemp. In addition to agriculture and food production, Ms. Maloney holds her M.S. in Conservation Biology, her diverse skills and knowledge base are a benefit to the food safety program.
Tom Wheat,
UK Site Manager/Global Sales
Tom Wheat embarked on his professional journey in the Fire Service at the age of 18. During the course of his career, he was introduced to the realm of ISO. He became a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Following 12 years of consulting, Tom made a pivotal career move to Perry Johnson Registrations Food Safety, Ltd. (PJRFSL) due to dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by various certification bodies. Driven by a desire for positive change, Tom assumed the role of Site Manager and Global Sales in May 2022. In this capacity, he prioritises customer service, a commitment that has led to the significant expansion of Perry Johnson Registrations Food Safety, Ltd., the largest growth of any international PJRFSL office in 2023.
Lyndsey Ash
UK Assistant Project Manager
Lyndsey (Linz) comes to PJRFSL with a background in Accounts in multiple sectors but is excited for the new challenge. Outside of work, she enjoys the quieter life in the countryside with her Beagle and cars. We are so excited to welcome Linz to the Perry Johnson Registrations Food Safety, Ltd. family!
Sarah Kent
Sales Support Administrator and Auditor Liaison
Sarah became a valuable member of PJRFSL in 2023, following several years in the industry, previously working with a now defunct competitor within the certification body sector. With a wealth of experience, Sarah contributes an understanding of client service, scheduling, recruitment, and audit logistics to the team. Her role and expertise is integral to the flourishing expansion of Perry Johnson Registrations Food Safety, Ltd.
Mandy Screen
UK Bookkeeper
Mandy joins PJRFSL with over 25 years accounts and bookkeeping experience. She lives in Stoke on Trent, England with her partner, son and their dog, Sergio. Mandy loves to be out in her garden, tending to and watching the local wildlife that passes through. She is excited to be joining the Perry Johnson Registrations Food Safety, Ltd. team and gaining new knowledge from her colleagues.
Crystal Reardon
Strategic Account Manager
Crystal Reardon joins PJRFSI as our new Strategic Account Manager after having worked for 15 years with PJR’s Scheduling Department. Crystal holds a BFA from Eastern Michigan University and enjoys spending time camping with her husband of 10 years and their sons, aged 8 and 5, as well as crafting and watching her favorite shows.
Heather Kyle
Food Safety Sales Coordinator
Heather Kyle joined the PJRFSI team in November 2018 as our Food Safety Sales Coordinator after previously working as a receptionist. A great asset in planning for tradeshows and other events, Heather enjoys camping, is a mother of two with her husband, an RN, and has three dogs.
Alyssa Paschall
Food Safety Program Coordinator
Alyssa is a graduate from Michigan State University. Previously, she managed inventory and state compliance for a cannabis company. Alyssa has lived in Michigan all of her life and loves to travel the US. If she is not outdoors hiking or adventuring with her dog, Franklin, Alyssa is most likely in the kitchen baking.

PJRFSL auditors are located throughout the United Kingdom, EU, and United States with backgrounds as diverse as the countries in which they reside. We pride ourselves on the combined experience that our auditing staff brings to the food safety program. Highly qualified they show loyalty and passion for this industry by having worked at regulatory bodies and/or nationally recognized food production facilities for multiple years.
